Liugou Village

If you go to Liugou village of Jingzhuang Town in Yanqing County in Beijing, make sure to taste the famous “brazier pot and tofu feast”. Its main element is vegetable and not greasy. The so-called “brazier pot”, means on the brazier made of clay, the fruit charcoal are the fuel. There is a big red basin in the central of desk, fresh Yongning tofu, pork, cabbage, vermicelli, beef and potato are stewed together in the spot, lively and delicious, with three small bowls, six cold dishes.
