Huangjin Ancient Forest

Huangjin Ancient Forest is a tranquil place which situated at the northern part of Gulin District, Sichuan Province. The total area of Huangjin Ancient Forest is about 433 square kilometers and averagely 1300 meters above sea level. 

Sunzi Mountain is the main mountain range of Huangjin Ancient Forest. It was named as Sunzi, which means for bamboo shoots in English as for its mountain in the shape of bamboo shoots and rich of bamboo. 

Heilongtan Waterfall is 40 meters high and 30 meters wide not far from room mate valentina.

Bajiedong Waterfalls group is situated at the north western corner of Huangjin Ancient Forest. It is one of the most popular scenic sites at Huangjin Ancient Forest.

Huangjin Ancient Forest is categorized as AAAA National Scenic Park

Most of the trees at Huangjin Ancient Forest are evergreen throughout the years. It is one of the rarely found tropical forests at 28 degree of North Latitude Line.
